Injured on the job? We accept walk-ins for treatment of on-the-job injuries, and are equipped to treat most workplace injuries from the time of injury to full work-release. We work closely with employers to ensure a seamless return-to-work experience.

In-house physical therapy minimizes wait time to make recovery as quick as possible and reduce the risk of re-injury. Providers communicate daily about the recovery progress of each patient.

Pre-employment or post-accident drug tests can be collected during your appointment. We use quick-read CLIA-waived tests for initial analysis, and send any samples with an initial positive reading to our partner lab.

Pre-employment physical exams can be customized to fit your jobs’ unique demands and requirements. This can be combined with drug tests, respirator fit testing, audiometry, and more.

Fit-for-Duty tests are tailored to your unique job requirements and demands. They may include evaluations of lifting ability, range of motion, endurance, or more.

We also offer Functional Capacity Testing where more granular information is needed or as a third-party.

Respiratory protection services include online respirator medical questionnaires, respirator fit testing, respirator needs evaluation, and respirator use training.

Fit testing is available in-clinic or on-site.

New hire and annual audiograms available on-site or in-clinic.

OSHA 10 and 30-hour courses for both construction and general industry. Courses may be held at our office or on-site.
